3. Respect the Chatham House : You may use information from discussions, but do not reveal the identity or affiliation of any speaker or participant.

4. Do not share personal information about yourself or others without explicit consent.

5. Refrain from posting offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory content.

6. Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion, or sharing unrelated external links.

7. Contribute meaningfully to discussions and respect the community’s focus.

8. Report any violations or concerns to the moderators promptly.

9. Be open to diverse perspectives and engage in constructive dialogue.

10. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all community members and discussions.

11. When meeting in-person, maintain the same level of respect and adherence to community guidelines as in online interactions.

12. Remember that breaking these rules may result in removal from the community at the discretion of the Editorial and Governance Board.
